    En esta entrada conoceremos uno de los casos legales más relevantes de la industria de los cómics. De hecho, es tal la relevancia de este pleito que es considerado uno de los primeros pleitos mediáticos de  la industria de los cómics. Se trata de la demanda presentada por Steve Gerber contra Marvel.

    Steve Gerber fue el creador de Howard The Duck, un personaje que si bien ha tenido mucha popularidad en los cómics,  su adaptación cinematográfica, producida por Lucasfilms, es considerada uno de los desastres más grandes del cine.

    Pero a pesar del desastre, Marvel aun le tiene cariño a este personaje, ya que ha tenido cameos en el primer film de Guardians of The Galaxy y en Avengers Endgame, además un episodio de la serie What If?… estuvo dedicado a Howard. De hecho, no se descarta que tenga su propio film. Así que si este personaje tiene revival, vale la pena conocer este pleito.
