CASOS LEGALES DE COMICS: HELL’S ANGELS VS MARVEL. 1992.

    En esta entrada conoceremos la disputa legal que enfrentó a Marvel contra el club de motociclistas más famoso y rudo del mundo: los Hell’s Angels. El pleito ocurrió en la década de los 90, una época que fue turbulenta para Marvel, ya que si bien los inicios de dicha época los cómics vivieron un boom y la al final de la década  la editorial de cómics estaba al borde de la bancarrota.

    Ahora bien, el origen del conflicto consiste en la publicación cuyo titulo y heroína principal era Hell’s Angel. Así que conozcamos los detalles de este pleito de Marvel:
